Konecki Insurance is pleased to announce that we have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Personal Lines Insurance Account Manager AND an experienced Personal Lines Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our successful, growing independent insurance agency.  

REQUIREMENTS:

•    You MUST HAVE an ACTIVE California Property & Casualty License
•    A minimum of 2 years experience in the home and auto insurance industry.  
•    A minimum of 1 year experience at an independent home and auto insurance brokerage.
•    Previous experience with at least 4 Personal Lines carriers who work with Independent  Agencies, such as    Mercury, Travelers, Allied, CIG, Kemper, etc.
•    Experience with an Agency Management System such as Hawksoft, AMS360 or Applied.

At Konecki Insurance our goal is to provide outstanding customer service to existing policy holders and generate new policy opportunities. Both positions require strong organizational skills and attention to detail, high levels of efficiency, excellence, professionalism, courtesy, enthusiasm, and a mindset of doing what it takes to meet the customer’s true needs.  While our agency has both Commercial and Personal Lines Departments, both of these positions are in the Personal Lines Department.

Personal Lines CSR Responsibilities include:

•    Service Existing Business: provide superior service to clients with any policy changes and updates including vehicle changes, cancellations, mortgage updates, billing, claims and explanations.
•    General Office Duties: answer incoming calls, process mail and faxes, interact with clients
•    Generate New Business: assist the producers to quote, write and issue new business.

Personal Lines Account Manager Responsibilities include:

•    Generate New Business: pursue, quote, write and issue new business.
•    Manage Existing Business: conduct annual reviews, cross-sell and up-sell.
•    Service Existing Business: provide superior service to clients with any policy changes and updates.
